PAPERWORK:

Please turn in paperwork as soon as possible. If your paperwork is not turned in within the 24 hr time frame you could be put on Accounting Hold, meaning you will not move till the paperwork is in the office, and the load could be charged back to you. It will be best if you submit as soon as load is complete to keep from misplacing or losing paperwork. If you are having trouble with pictures, please ask someone for help.

· Please do not combine pages.

· Pictures must be legible – make sure pictures are not blurry by holding your hands steady.

· Take pictures in a well-lit area, pictures at night tend to come out too dark and must be retaken.

· Do not combine receipts, unless they are of the same classification. (lumper receipts should not be combined with fuel receipts etc.).

· Check for ALL page numbers. Check for all sets of BOLs. Make them give you a copy if they keep original. We MUST have all pages and BOLs to get paid.

· Make sure all BOLS are signed with in/out times.

· This is VERY important for detention payment. Most customers REQUIRE BOLS with in/out times to receive detention pay. You can try writing in/out times and having a representative sign or initial.

- Make sure to write CASH on receipts you paid for, with your money, that you need reimbursed for.

- If you do not turn in paperwork – you will NOT be paid for the load until paperwork is received. It is your responsibility to make sure your paperwork is correct and submitted in a timely fashion.

DETENTIONS:

We are trying our best to get detention pay for you.

· Make sure you are on time. If you are late, customers will deny detention no matter how long you wait.

· Be SURE to get in/out times stamped or written by customer. This goes for pick up and delivery. This is VERY important for detention payment. Most customers REQUIRE BOLS with in/out times to receive detention pay. You can try writing in/out times and having a representative sign or initial.

· Detentions are paid out upon customer approval.
